2. Email Application, snapshot or photo to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and pay your $50 Application fee online

   Click on the SPONSORSHIP tab


3. Notification: 

    Mrs. Idaho America will notify you within 2 weeks of receipt of the application if you have been selected to be a   participate. 
    If selected as a state delegate you will be awarded a local title based on the town, county or area of your residence. 
    You will hold your local title until January 1st, 2020. (application fee refunded if not selected as a state delegate.)

Pageant Prelims Date: October 3rd, 4th & 5th, 2019
Entrant Fee: $500.00, NON-Refundable Entry Fee
Application Fee: $50.00 NON-Refundable Application Fee

We will begin accepting applications for the 2020 pageant on January 1st, 2019

Basic Requirements:

  • Entrant must be married at time of the state pageant and throughout the competition and provide a marriage certificate.
  • Entrant must be at least 18 years of age as of the date of entry.
  • Entrant will continue to be a person of good moral character.
  • Entrant must be a U.S. Citizen and a resident of the state she represents, and must have resided there at the time of the state pageant. Dual residency or Residence at a military installation is acceptable.
  • Please understand it is our long-standing policy that there are no refunds on any fees that you or someone paid on your behalf, once you have been accepted as a contestant. No exceptions.

Judging Criteria

Judges Personal Interview:

  • This portion of the competition will equal 50% of the overall score.
  • The judges will base your score.  
  • The judges will base your score on your ability to articulate, show confidence, as well as your overall personality and appearance.

Evening Gown:

  • This portion of the competition will equal 25% of your overall score.  
  • The judges will base your score on your poise, posture, grace, elegance and overall appearance.

Physical Fitness & Health:

  • You will need a one piece swimsuit and a sarong or wrap of your choosing. Nylons ARE allowed during swimsuit competition. This portion of the competition will equal 25% of your overall score. The judges will be judging your figure, fitness, posture, grace, beauty, confidence and overall health.

State Costume Competition:

  • This is a fun chance to show your personality and feature one of the great parts about Idaho. There will be three awards given the night of the pageant for Best, Most Whimsical and Most Creative State Costumes.
